About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Strategist to design, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns that drive brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging LinkedIn as a business development and marketing tool, with proven experience in strategy, content planning, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn content calendars (posts, articles, and updates) aligned with brand objectives.
  • Research and connect with target audiences using advanced LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Run LinkedIn ad campaigns and monitor performance for ROI optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a LinkedIn Strategist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, and social selling.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, and Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to design or coordinate visual content for impactful posts.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and LinkedIn automation (a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and integration with LinkedIn.
