Job Overview
Technanosoft Technologies is looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing B2B campaigns that target potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn prospecting campaigns to connect with Founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Create and manage cold email campaigns with personalized messaging and automated sequences.
- Research and maintain a list of ideal customer profiles using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha.
- Work with LinkedIn and email automation tools for high-volume outreach.
- Monitor and optimize open rates, reply rates, and conversions to sales-qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule discovery calls and track campaign success.
- Stay updated with best practices for lead generation, domain reputation, and email deliverability.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation using LinkedIn and email.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for outreach messages.
- Experience with A/B testing, cold outreach personalization, and lead nurturing.
- Understanding of email warm-up, reply tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead generation targets.
Preferred Skills
- Background in IT services, SaaS, or software product sales.
- Experience with lead enrichment tools like Hunter, Clearbit, VoilaNorbert, or similar.
- Knowledge of sales funnel management and marketing automation workflows.
