Role Summary Person shall be spear heading the Vertical / the Investor Relations/ Business Development. This position gives an opportunity to work on variety of deals from structured finance, project finance, M&A, Equity fund raise to capital markets deals across sectors and on complete deal life cycle of live deals both Indian and international. Along with this the roles builds one up to handle deal execution independently in future. Further, the Investor Relationships Vertical provides the opportunity to work on sell side as well.
a) Deal Origination 1. Head of Client coverage Vertical and Deal origination, 2. Relationship building, 3. Dealing with Promoters/ Directors or equivalent 4. Business Development and Mandate Execution b) Investor Management 1. For PE (Private Equity) Credit Fund 2. Heading with onshore & offshores GP and LP 3. Identifying and maintain the investors relationship. 4. Identifying investor/ Investment rationale and placing the suitable proposals/Deals/Projection with the aim of deal closure. c) Client Coordination 1. Lead client coordination for information requirement and closure along with the team. 2. Update / follow-ups/ hand holding in negotiation/ client participations. 3. Demonstrate strength and experience in client requester relationship. while gathering information / knowledge from client d) Client Team Coordination 1. Co-coordinating with Client Coverage Team
Experience years of overall experience 2. At least 10 years of experience in Investment banking/ 10 years in similar domain in Banks/ FI/ Fund House 3. Must have experience of Client coordination 4. Must have Investor Co-ordination experience 5. Must have managed the Project Team/ Vertical/ or have headed a similar vertical.
Skills 1.Leadership Skills and teambuilding experience 2.Very good written and spoken English 3. Go getter & self-starter 4.High Aptitude 5.Industry know how is a must Industry Exposure Investment Banking or Investment Advisory experience is must
