Our Product Strategy Blueprints help companies decide what to create next, how to position it, and how to make it commercially and emotionally compelling to their audiences.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to
build, grow, and run
our Product Strategy Blueprints business line. This is a relatively
new and fast-evolving vertical
, and we are looking for someone who wants to
grow with the business
, rather than stepping into a fully established practice.

The role combines
strategic oversight, business development, and operational leadership
, ideal for someone with a consulting or strategy background who is excited about
creating scalable systems and offerings
instead of immersing deeply in client delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Leadership & Growth

· Take end-to-end ownership of the Product Strategy Blueprints vertical — from strategy to execution to P&L performance.

· Develop and refine the
offering portfolio, pricing models, and GTM plans
.

· Build a sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and represent the vertical externally as its
business face
.

· Collaborate with BOD Group leadership to integrate the offering with our broader ecosystem of strategy, brand, and training businesses.

2. Productization & Systemization

· Convert our consulting IP into
standardized, repeatable offerings
that can scale.

· Build and continuously improve the
delivery frameworks, tools, and templates
that power each Blueprint.

· Identify opportunities for
digital-enablement
or automation within the consulting workflow.

3. Delivery Oversight & Quality

· Ensure that every Product Strategy Blueprint reflects BOD's signature EPIC standards —
Evocative, Precise, Insights-driven, and Clear
.

· Oversee the delivery process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand-led growth objectives.

· Guide project teams through structured feedback rather than direct project management.

4. Team & Culture Leadership

· Build and mentor a capable team of strategists and analysts.

· Create a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

· Encourage systematic, process-driven working habits over ad-hoc brilliance.

Who You Are

· –12 years of experience in
management consulting, strategy, or brand-led business building
.

· Exposure to
practice building, P&L management, or new business development
in consulting or advisory environments.

· Comfortable operating in a
growth-stage business
where processes and systems are evolving.

· Adept at thinking in
frameworks and systems
, and passionate about creating structured, repeatable value.

· Confident communicator capable of engaging both CXOs and internal teams.

· Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives on
building something new
, not just managing something existing.

Preferred Background

· Experience in management or brand consulting, innovation strategy, or corporate strategy roles.

· MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.

· Prior experience in
scaling a consulting or knowledge-based business
will be an advantage.
