- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients to generate sales and expand business opportunities.
- Liaise with architects and interior designers to foster individual and team-driven business growth and development.
- Guide the marketing staff in developing strategies to promote the organization's products, analyze market trends, and boost sales.
- Promote and develop the company's brand.
- Identify new business opportunities and craft business plans for implementation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, both individually and through your team.
- Develop business plans and strategies to enhance overall business sales.
- Analyze and gather market data and information.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure plans are developed, implemented, and monitored in collaboration with relevant cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
