Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, setting sales targets, and driving the achievement of organizational goals. Your role is pivotal in motivating and empowering the team to excel, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, delegate tasks, and set sales targets for team members.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve organizational goals, implementing timelines to meet targets and ensuring team performance.
  • Empower team members with skills development, enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews to assess and enhance team performance, contributing to the company's growth.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones, both individually and through your team.
  • Drive footfall to the company's showroom.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients to generate sales and expand business opportunities.
  • Liaise with architects and interior designers to foster individual and team-driven business growth and development.
  • Guide the marketing staff in developing strategies to promote the organization's products, analyze market trends, and boost sales.
  • Promote and develop the company's brand.
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft business plans for implementation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, both individually and through your team.
  • Develop business plans and strategies to enhance overall business sales.
  • Analyze and gather market data and information.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure plans are developed, implemented, and monitored in collaboration with relevant cross-functional teams.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
