Job Description

Vardhman Airport Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of Airfield Ground Lighting and AVDGS (Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems) solutions. We are expanding our international presence and diversifying into other airport solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to drive partnerships with OEMs in India and spearhead international sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Market Expansion:
  • Lead the expansion of our business into international markets for existing airfield ground lighting and AvDGS products.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for diversification into other airport solutions.
  • OEM Partnership Development:
  • Cultivate relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India for strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with OEMs to develop and market integrated airport solutions.
  • International Sales:
  • Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to drive international sales of our products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with OEM partners and international clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development and international sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing partnerships with OEMs and driving international sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
