Job DescriptionVardhman Airport Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of Airfield Ground Lighting and AVDGS (Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems) solutions. We are expanding our international presence and diversifying into other airport solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to drive partnerships with OEMs in India and spearhead international sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- International Market Expansion:
- Lead the expansion of our business into international markets for existing airfield ground lighting and AvDGS products.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for diversification into other airport solutions.
- OEM Partnership Development:
- Cultivate relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India for strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with OEMs to develop and market integrated airport solutions.
- International Sales:
- Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to drive international sales of our products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with OEM partners and international clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development and international sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing partnerships with OEMs and driving international sales growth.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
