Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Business Development. The Head of Business Development will lead business planning and development initiatives, manage key accounts, and develop sales strategies. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with partners, and driving the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Business Development skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Sales and Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
- Experience in the agricultural services sector is a plus
- Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning
