About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Product Head to lead the development and execution of innovative travel products for our luxury clientele. This role offers the opportunity to shape exceptional travel experiences, from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of luxury and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and development of high-end travel products that align with client preferences and trends in luxury travel.
  • Conduct market research to identify new travel opportunities and design unique, tailored itineraries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, tour operators, and local partners to curate exclusive travel experiences.
  • Manage the lifecycle of travel products, from design and pricing to implementation and promotion.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of product delivery, including accommodation, transportation, and activities.
  • Drive product innovation and enhance existing offerings to keep up with changing travel trends.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and budget management for all travel products.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product promotion and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor client feedback and make improvements based on customer insights.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury suppliers and partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in travel product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within luxury or premium travel.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury travel industry, trends, and client expectations.
  • Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of luxury travel products.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with budget management and pricing strategies in the travel industry.
