Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Wealth Products, based in New Delhi. We are looking for a professional with 10+ years of experience in product management within banking or financial services to head Wealth Product Management team. The candidate should have strong understanding of wealth products (mutual funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, SIF, structured products etc.) and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Manage strategic relationships with fund houses, distributors, and investment partners.
  • Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing, and rebate structures to maximize commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the investment research and advisory teams for product/scheme selection and performance review.

Sales Enablement & Channel Support

  • Support frontline teams (RMs, advisors, digital channels) with product training, sales tools, and client materials.
  • Work closely with marketing to design campaigns, client seminars, and digital engagement programs for promotion of mutual funds, PMS, AIF and other wealth products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, client behaviors, and competitive activity to guide channel strategies.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all product offerings comply with internal risk frameworks and external regulatory guidelines (e.g.,SEBI, RBI etc).
  • Coordinate with risk, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth product implementation and maintenance.
  • Participate in Product Approval Committees and governance meetings related to wealth products.
  • Maintain transparent and auditable documentation for fund selection, approvals, and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with professional qualifications like CFP/CFA or Post graduate in Finance & Marketing
