About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, energetic Client Engagement & Sales Manager who thrives in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment. This role demands complete ownership of sales outcomes, relationship excellence, and the ability to influence HNI clients with clarity and confidence.

Proficiency in Kannada is a must.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets for mutual funds and investment products
  • Build and manage a strong relationship-driven network across Karnataka
  • Lead business development initiatives and drive profit-centre outcomes
  • Engage with HNI clients and deliver customised investment solutions
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, KYC, and advisory processes
  • Stay updated on market and regulatory developments and represent Mentor Wealth at key events


What We Expect (Skills & Experience)

Industry & Technical:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a relationship-led profit centre in Karnataka
  • Experience in mutual funds, wealth management, or high-intensity financial sales
  • Strong understanding of investment products and digital onboarding
  • Bachelor’s degree; AMFI/NISM certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and a confident, engaging presence

Strong target-achievement mindset and persuasive selling ability

• Solid understanding of the Bengaluru market with a strong HNI network

• Ethical, disciplined, and deeply client-centric
