About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, energetic
Client Engagement & Sales Manager
who thrives in a
target-driven
, performance-oriented environment. This role demands complete ownership of sales outcomes, relationship excellence, and the ability to influence HNI clients with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities



Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets
for mutual funds and investment products


• Build deep, trust-led relationships with HNI clients across Bengaluru


• Conduct client assessments and recommend tailored investment solutions


• Maintain precise CRM pipelines, activity logs, and conversion reports


• Represent Mentor Wealth at networking events and stay updated on market and regulatory trends

What We Expect (Skills & Experience)

Industry & Technical:


• 5–6 years of experience in mutual funds or high-intensity sales roles


• Strong understanding of investment products, CRM workflows, and digital KYC


• Bachelor's degree; AMFI/NISM certification preferred

Soft Skills:


• Exceptional communication and a confident, engaging presence



Strong target-achievement mindset and persuasive selling ability


• Solid understanding of the Bengaluru market with a strong HNI network


• Ethical, disciplined, and deeply client-centric


• Proficiency in the local language
