We are Hiring a Business Head in Delhi with 10 to 12 years experience in sales leadership, B2B marketing, business growth, and managing high performance agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  2. Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand the agency's client base especially in new business segments, targeting new and dormant clients to increase business volume across the five verticals.

  3. Service existing clients while identifying new revenue opportunities through service expansion, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.
  4. Lead pitch processes and negotiations, ensuring that proposals align with client brand needs and maximize agency profitability.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of cross-vertical campaigns, ensuring that the agency delivers integrated solutions to clients.

  7. Strategy & Leadership

  8. Collaborate with vertical heads to create and implement strategies that maximize revenue and drive scalable business opportunities

  9. Contribute to defining the agency's long-term strategy, helping align all verticals with key business objectives.
  10. Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure that the agency's strategy reflects both current market demands and future trends, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

  12. Identify areas where cost reductions or efficiency improvements can be implemented without compromising service quality or client satisfaction.

  13. Drive collaboration and synergies among the five verticals to create unified, value-driven marketing solutions for clients through facilitate the sharing of insights, resources, and best practices across verticals, ensuring that each vertical's expertise is leveraged to its fullest potential.
  14. Contribute and encourage innovative ideas that span multiple verticals, developing integrated offerings that enhance client value and boost business growth.
  15. Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent as needed to expand the team and ensure capacity for future growth.
  16. Provide leadership and direction to ensure that teams stay focused on agency goals, client objectives, and long-term strategy.

Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies:

  • Domain Expertise
    : In-depth understanding of the BTL Agency and experiential marketing services landscape, including events & activations, OOH, retail & branding, gifting & merchandise, and digital marketing.

    : Proven experience in driving business growth, securing new clients, and creating innovative sales strategies that boost agency revenue.
  • Strategic Thinking
    : Ability to think medium to long-term and create plans that serve brand and campaign objectives while ensuring sustainable growth for the agency. Strong understanding of market dynamics and how to adapt business strategies accordingly.

    : Demonstrated experience in managing SBU level P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and margins are maximized.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams. Experience in building and scaling high-performance teams.

    : Excellent rapport building and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
