Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Department – Sales to lead our sales operations across all business verticals. The role involves driving growth, managing teams, and ensuring revenue achievement in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for all TNC Aviation verticals.
  • Lead and manage the following sales teams:

  • Pilot Training

  • Cabin Crew & Communication Training

  • Aviation Recruitment

  • Corporate Training & Partnerships

  • Report directly to the Director/CEO and present periodic sales performance updates.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to client retention.
  • Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and sales goals.
  • Drive team performance, establish KPIs, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years in senior sales leadership, preferably in aviation, edtech, or service-based sectors.
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and managing multi-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Education:

  • MBA in Business or Marketing from a reputed institute (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
