Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Central Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Central Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication, converting leads into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and optimize community management services offered by NoBrokerHood.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting targets
  • Interest in B2B & B2C business development for SaaS/software products
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Hindi & English
  • Comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun) with a weekday off
  • Strong presentation & negotiation abilities
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PPT
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and give product demos
  • Ability to prospect, educate, qualify & convert leads
  • Experience onboarding clients/customers onto a tech platform
