Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will drive client acquisition, build and maintain customer relationships, and promote Prewel Labs' range of testing and certification services. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams to deliver superior client service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and Competitive Awareness
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or testing industry is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
