Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting potential homebuyers, conducting property tours, answering inquiries, providing detailed property information, and facilitating the sales process. Duties include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving sales targets. The individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transaction completion.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Previous sales experience, especially in real estate, is a plus
