Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, securing orders, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management, Communication, Negotiation skills
  • Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
  • Knowledge of International Trade and Logistics Coordination
  • Experience in the fresh produce industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
