Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Associate, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, promoting and selling software products, identifying client needs, and creating customized solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, participating in sales meetings, conducting presentations, and providing clients with post-sales support as needed. Additionally, the individual will proactively follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, and relevant engineering software product solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs, develop proposals, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site setting and collaborate with team members
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the engineering software or technology sector is a plus
