Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales through direct customer engagement, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, presenting and demonstrating products, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling customer queries, closing sales, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Persuasive Communication, and Negotiation skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise in Formal Footwear
  • Self-motivation and Strong Work Ethic
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in sales or relevant role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
