Role Highlights

  • Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice
  • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office only)
  • Salary: ₹27,000 to ₹35,000 per month
  • Eligibility: Freshers / Experienced – Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Hiring Zone: PAN India (Relocation Support Provided)

What You'll Do

  • Answer international customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information with excellent communication
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required
  • Maintain customer satisfaction with every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Strong English communication (Verbal & Written)
  • Willing to work rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Comfortable with international voice and chat/email processes
  • Must be open to relocate to Jaipur
  • Basic computer & typing skills
