We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of International Customer Support Executive in our Jaipur office. The role includes both Voice and Non-Voice processes, catering to global customers. If you have excellent communication skills in English, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle queries efficiently, this is a perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls, emails, or chat for international clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle international customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work from the office in Jaipur
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
