Job Summary:

We're looking for International Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) processes.

If you have strong communication skills in English, enjoy solving problems, and want to work in a corporate environment with global exposure, this is your ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with international customers via calls / chat or email.
• Deliver accurate, polite, and effective communication to resolve queries.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
• Work in a target-driven, customer-centric environment.
• Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 10+2 / Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Confident, customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed.
• Availability: Comfortable with rotational shifts (5.5 days working).
• Relocation: Must be open to relocating to Jaipur (company assistance provided).
