Global Customer Support Executive – International Voice & Chat Process (Work from Office | Jaipur)

Job Overview:

We're hiring Customer Support Executives for voice and non-voice international processes. The ideal candidate is confident, fluent in English, and passionate about creating great customer experiences.

Work Location:

Jaipur, Rajasthan – Work from Office Only

Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome to apply. Relocation bonus and 14-day hotel stay provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with international customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow process guidelines, update customer details, and maintain accurate logs in CRM tools.
  • Meet quality, accuracy, and service-level goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates from any field.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced BPO professionals welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced office environment.
  • Location: Must be open to relocating to Jaipur.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on communication and experience).
  • Relocation Bonus for outstation candidates.
