We are hiring Technical Support Representatives for the OS NA Chat – Microsoft Process with Teleperformance, Jaipur.Job Title: Technical Support Representative Company: Teleperformance Process: OS NA Chat – Microsoft Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)Work Schedule:5.5 working days per week with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)9.5-hour login including a 1-hour breakRotational week-offsCab facility available both ways for odd hours (50% cost borne by employee)Salary Details:UG/Graduate (Fresher): ₹30,000 (₹27,000 CTC + ₹3,000 PLI)UG/Graduate (1+ Year Experience): ₹32,000 (₹28,800 CTC + ₹3,200 PLI)Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) based on KPIs & KRAs (login hours, attendance, QA score, CSAT-DSAT, etc.)Eligibility Criteria:Graduates and Undergraduates can applyExcellent communication skillsGood technical aptitudeWillingness to work in rotational and night shiftsNo leaves allowed during the first 3 months (except weekly offs)Relocation Benefits (for candidates outside Jaipur):14 days free hotel stay (dual occupancy)One-way travel ticket provided
