Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, based in Jaipur. The key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves troubleshooting common concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively to understand and meet client needs. The Customer Support Representative will also assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients, handling complaints, and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and provide clear responses.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting common issues and resolving technical or service-related problems.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, solve problems, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficient computer skills is an additional benefit.
