Position Summary:

We are looking for International Customer Service Executives for voice and non-voice processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communication with international customers, providing solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions via calls, chat, and email for international clients.
• Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining professional communication.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records.
• Meet defined performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Work collaboratively in a result-driven and team-oriented setup.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
• Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Active listening, problem-solving, and customer empathy.
• Adaptable to rotational shifts and a fast-paced international process.
• Location Flexibility: Candidates from PAN India willing to relocate to Jaipur.
