Position Overview

As an International Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice), you'll engage with international customers, resolve their queries, and provide delightful experiences — all while learning professional communication and customer handling at a global scale.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails & chat for international clients.

Understand and resolve customer concerns with empathy & accuracy.

Update CRM records and maintain call logs.

Meet targets related to quality, efficiency & customer satisfaction.

Work in a positive, energetic team environment.

Who Can Apply

• Education: 10+2, Diploma, Graduate – any stream.
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
• Required Skills:
• Excellent spoken & written English communication.
• Confidence in handling international customers.
• Typing speed & computer proficiency.
• Shifts: Rotational (Night/Day depending on process).
• Availability: Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation assistance provided).
