Role Overview:

We are hiring for International Customer Support Executives across Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) processes.

The role involves assisting global customers, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring high service quality in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international customers via calls, chat, or email to resolve queries and issues.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines, maintain accurate data, and document case notes.
• Achieve individual and team performance metrics related to quality and productivity.
• Adapt to dynamic process updates and product training sessions.

Who Can Apply:

• Education: Undergraduates, Graduates (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
• Skills Required:
• Strong English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory.
• Ability to handle international customer interactions confidently.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving approach.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided).
