What You'll Do

As a Global Client Service Specialist, you will:

  • Communicate with international customers through voice calls, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with account queries, issue resolution, and customer guidance.
  • Maintain records using CRM tools and follow workflow guidelines.
  • Work in a team-driven environment to ensure world-class client satisfaction.

  • Shift: Rotational, including late evening / night shifts.
  • Mode: Work from office (not remote).
