Job Overview:

We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for voice and non-voice processes. The role involves assisting global customers through calls, chat, or email to deliver professional, accurate, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via voice (inbound/outbound) or non-voice (chat/email) channels.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow process guidelines to ensure top-quality service delivery.
• Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals are both welcome.
• Skills Required:
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication.
• Confident, polite, and professional behavior on calls and chats.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Willingness to work from office in Jaipur (relocation assistance provided).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹27,500 – ₹36,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
