Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to international customers via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve customer queries in a professional, clear, and timely manner
• Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Adhere to quality assurance standards, scripts, and productivity targets
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
