Location: Paramount Riverfront Resort & Spa, Karjat
Department: Front Office / Guest Relations
Reports to: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room bookings, cancellations, and updates using hotel management software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain front desk security and proper handling of guest data
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Ensure lobby and reception areas are tidy and presentable
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HSC / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
- Good computer skills; experience with PMS software is a plus
- Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
