Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of Kamal Bliss Resort. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction. This role requires hands-on management, staff coordination, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out operations and manage guest relations effectively.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning negatives into positives.
  • Monitor daily resort operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
  • Lead and motivate resort staff to maintain high service standards and staff morale.
  • Manage daily reports, occupancy data, and coordinate with the General Manager on performance and operational issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in training new staff and conducting performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a resort, hotel, or hospitality setup.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in resort/hotel management software (PMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per resort needs.
