**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to the college's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize college records, including student admissions, attendance, academic performance, and examination records.
- Assist in handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Update and manage databases related to staff and student information.
**2. Admission and Examination Processes**:
- Assist in organizing and managing examination schedules, issuing hall tickets, and recording examination results.
**3. Front Office Support**:
- Attend to inquiries from students, parents, and visitors, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
**4. Financial Assistance**:
- Collect and record fees, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in budget preparation, payroll processing, and procurement-related tasks when needed.
**5. Compliance and Coordination**:
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
**6. General Office Tasks**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office workspace.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Administrative Head.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
