A hotel front office executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests. Their duties typically include: 1. Greeting guests and handling their check-ins and check-outs efficiently. 2. Managing reservations and room assignments. 3. Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. 4. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. 5. Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met. 6. Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks, such as billing and cashiering. 7. Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable. 8. Assisting with special projects and tasks assigned by management. Overall, a hotel front office executive plays a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk.

**Must Have**

1. BHM graduate with 3 years experiance in hotel industry in handling front office operations.

2. Should have good interpersonal skill.

3. Good command over spoken English.

4. Should be well groomed and presentable.

5. Having a knowledge of WINHMS will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
