Job Title Front Office Assistant Location Paramount Riverfront Resort Spa Karjat Department Front Office Guest Relations Reports to Front Office Manager Job Summary We are looking for a friendly well-spoken and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage room bookings cancellations and updates using hotel management software Respond promptly to guest inquiries requests and complaints Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain front desk security and proper handling of guest data Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Ensure lobby and reception areas are tidy and presentable Qualifications Requirements HSC Diploma Degree in Hotel Management or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or customer service Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Proficient in English Hindi and Marathi preferred Good computer skills experience with PMS software is a plus Polite confident and customer-oriented attitude Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
