The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office department including reception guest services reservations and concierge The role ensures smooth check-in check-out processes handles guest concerns manages staff and maintains the highest level of guest satisfaction and service standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all front office operations including reception reservations concierge and guest services Ensure smooth and efficient check-in check-out processes Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving complaints or requests Train mentor and schedule front office staff to ensure quality service delivery Monitor room availability rates and reservations in coordination with the sales and revenue team Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and service standards Prepare and review front office reports occupancy arrivals departures VIP guests revenue etc Manage guest feedback and implement corrective actions for service improvement Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments for seamless guest experience Handle VIP guests special requests and group bookings with attention to detail Ensure proper cash handling billing and audit procedures Conduct regular departmental meetings and briefings with staff Monitor and control front office expenses and contribute to achieving departmental budgets Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field Minimum 5-7 years of front office experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory assistant manager role Strong knowledge of front office operations reservations systems and PMS software Opera IDS Cloud PMS preferred Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to handle pressure and guest complaints professionally Knowledge of multiple languages preferred but not mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund
