Summary The Front Office Supervisor will assist in managing all front desk operations ensuring a seamless guest experience and supervising the front office team This role involves using IDS software to manage reservations check-ins outs billing and reporting while maintaining high standards of guest service Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front office operations including guest check-in out reservations and concierge services Use IDS software to manage reservations room allocations billing and reports Lead train and motivate the front office team to ensure professional and efficient service Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly ensuring high guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of room occupancy guest accounts and transactions Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments to ensure smooth operations Monitor team performance provide guidance and conduct regular evaluations Assist in preparing reports on occupancy revenue and performance metrics Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and quality standards Employer Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field preferred Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front office operations preferably with IDS software Strong leadership communication and customer service skills Proficiency in IDS software and Microsoft Office tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of hotel operations reservation systems and billing procedures Flexible to work shifts weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
