About the Role:
LeoStarts Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, has sales experience, and takes complete ownership of the sales cycle.
Candidates with backgrounds in EdTech, telesales, telecalling, or banking are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking.
- Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure
- Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- sales mindset with proven ability to close leads independently
- Background in EdTech, telecalling, telesales, or banking is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored consultations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
- Basic knowledge of the startup ecosystem or B2B sales is a plus
