About the Role:

LeoStarts Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment, has sales experience, and takes complete ownership of the sales cycle.

Candidates with backgrounds in EdTech, telesales, telecalling, or banking are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • sales mindset with proven ability to close leads independently
  • Background in EdTech, telecalling, telesales, or banking is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored consultations
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Basic knowledge of the startup ecosystem or B2B sales is a plus
