Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and expand our international business development efforts in the Accounting and Taxation services sector. This role requires a motivated professional with a proven track record in international markets, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new international clients in the accounting and taxation domain (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Identify business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events (virtual/in-person).
- Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing international clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate Scepter's value proposition and service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and HR) to ensure client onboarding and service delivery success.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract documents.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated with global accounting and taxation trends and competitor activity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of total experience.
- At least 2-3 years in international business development within the accounting and taxation outsourcing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of global accounting and tax outsourcing services and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
