Role Overview

Were looking for a Customer Success Executive who can bridge creativity with client satisfaction. Youll work closely with clients and our design team to ensure projects are understood, executed, and delivered seamlessly. The ideal person will have a design-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret design language effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-project initiation.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable insights for the design and project teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, follow-ups, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and design standards.
  • Support clients with project updates, timelines, and feedback coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, approvals, and project progress.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer journey and experience.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or account management, ideally in the design, architecture, or creative industry.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, interior layouts, and visual presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a passion for delivering quality experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic documentation.
