By leveraging UPI technology, CashBook streamlines business expense management and enhances financial oversight for organizations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing top-tier customer support, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, analyzing customer data to improve services, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
- Customer Support and Account Management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
Required skills
- Language known:
