- Core responsibilities

- Transaction processing: Operate the cash register or point-of-sale system, process payments (cash, card), and assist with packing.
- Product knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Store maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure displays are neat.
- Sales support: Inform customers about promotions, deals, and additional products or services that may benefit them. Essential skills and qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and listening skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Empathy and patience: Ability to understand customer emotions and remain calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving: Skill in resolving issues and finding solutions for customer concerns.
