About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of ERP products and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in the software support domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding ERP products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in resolving basic issues or escalate complex cases to the senior support team when required.
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Support customers with ERP product features, order status, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, service enhancements, and support procedures.
- Learn and effectively use customer support and ticketing software to handle customer requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or software product support (ERP knowledge preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet navigation).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Candidates who can speak Telugu will have an added advantage.
- Hindi proficiency is optional.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
