Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor and track project or order progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases.
- Handle communication through calls, emails, and other official channels professionally.
- Support management in process improvement and operational planning.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Entry, and Reporting).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
