Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Field Sales Executive with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in field sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of achieving sales targets, and comfortable using basic computer tools for reporting and communication. Preference will be given to Male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers to promote company products/services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
  • Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order and delivery process.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and maintain brand reputation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven field sales experience (minimum 5–6 years).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email communication, and mobile apps).
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building ability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business or Marketing).
  • 5–6 years of experience in field sales
  • Valid two-wheeler license
