Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and confident
Telecaller
with at least
3 years of experience in BPO/telecalling
to join the Business Development team at
EventExpo Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our event services, converting leads into qualified prospects, and handing over successfullyengaged clients to the Client Servicing team for further execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce
EventExpo Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
and our event offerings.
- Present tailored event solutions for corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, and more.
- Convert inbound and marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
- Build rapport with decision-makers, understand their event needs, and propose appropriate services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Record all call outcomes, client details, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate and ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to the Client Management Team for planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the internal teams during campaigns or event promotions to drive engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in a BPO or outbound calling setup.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in English and [Insert Regional Language, if applicable].
- Knowledge of lead conversion strategies and client qualification processes.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic email communication.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or client acquisition roles.
- Experience pitching to B2B or B2C clients.
- Understanding of corporate event types and planning processes.
