Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Tele Calling Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with leads, and support the admission team by providing accurate information to students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
  • Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and enquiry records.
  • Handle WhatsApp and call-based enquiries professionally.
  • Schedule counseling appointments and coordinate with the academic team.
  • Achieve daily/weekly follow-up targets and maintain high-quality interactions.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude.
  • Freshers can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
