Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Associate located in Chennai. The Call Center Associate will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve inquiries effectively. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, addressing customer concerns professionally, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role will require close collaboration with the team to achieve service targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and provide solutions effectively
- Customer Experience expertise, with a focus on ensuring a seamless and positive interaction for every customer
- Familiarity with Contact Centers, including understanding workflows and call management processes
- Basic Computer Literacy, with the ability to navigate systems, update records, and utilize relevant software
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in English and
Hindi/ Telugu or Kannada - Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred but not required
