Job Overview:We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Identify potential clients, market segments, and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, trade fairs, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align business strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
